At GRACEGLOW BEAUTY PRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure the satisfaction of our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds
- To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
Process for Refunds
- To initiate a refund, please contact us at sales@graceglow.in within 30 days of receiving your product.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the refunded amount in 5 - 7 business days to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
- Used or opened products
- Products not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
Process for Returns
- To return a product, please contact us at support@graceglow.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address.
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase, and ensure the RMA number is clearly marked on the package.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at sales@graceglow.in with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions for returning the defective product and will issue a replacement or refund upon receipt and inspection of the item.
- For replacements kindly contact us within 3 days of delivery, we will review your inquiry and will inform about the replacements, If your replacement is approved the item should be returned within 3 to 5 days form the date of approval and new product will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days from the date of your return accepted.
3. Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. To cancel an order, please contact us at sales@graceglow.in.
- If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process.
Shipping Policy:
All the items will be delivered within 5 to 10 working days based upon your location.
Subscriptions
- If you have subscribed to a recurring order, you may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at sales@graceglow.in. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next shipment.
